Filler Masterbatches, composed of calcium carbonate (CaCO3), are compound fillers utilized in the plastic industry to modify various properties of base plastics or plastic polymers. These masterbatches are specifically formulated by compounding blended polyolefins with ultrafine calcium carbonate during the compounding extrusion process. They enhance the physical properties of polymers while reducing production costs. The ultrafine coated CaCO3 or talc-filled masterbatches offer a wide range of milky and natural effects. These CaCO3-based filler masterbatches not only reduce costs but also function as anti-burn agents at the die lips when used at higher loadings. Filler masterbatch finds application in the production of Raffia woven sacks, blown film extrusion, injection and blow moulding, nonwoven materials, and extrusion coating filler as like PP/HD/LL/ Talk/Bio /sodium
